Aims at monitoring the quality and reliability of processes and main results of the project, and defining the sustainability strategy to maintain EFTL and its collaborative web-platform after project life, and to spread the initiative within ECOTROPHELIA network.
- Guaranteeing the quality of the project processes and results/products meeting the predetermined standards
- Ensuring the sustainability of the initiative beyond the 3-years project by listing all ‘results’ with commercial potential.
- Creating a Quality Assurance Plan
- Elaborating a project sustainability strategy
